I have a problem,please
After resetting domain password, User unable to pass preboot. The following error displays.
EE0F000D Token Date invalid
So,I asked user to use recovery, than user can see the windows login screen, enter domain account and password, user can login into system. I also asked user to reset domain passwrd 、 synch policy、log off and login，than reboot system，the problem still occurs.
OS type is windows xp sp3.
We use SSO, policy setting as below
changing things on the domain has zero effect for EEPC - you need to reset the users password within EPO.
remember, EEPC collects client side password change information, your domain does not send password change information to EEPC, so things which happen at the domain level are invisible to the EEPC clients.
User resetted his password in his compertuer by"ctrl+alt+del" ,but not in the domain AD.
Previously, if user reset password, then, user log off and login into windows. Synchronize Endpoint Encryption Password with windows is valid，User can pass the preboot authentication by use domain password。 Other user want to reset password，also do like that。Synchronization is valid。
Only one user do that met the above problem （EE0F000D Token Date is invalid）
