EEPC 6.0.2 - Issues with SSO

We recently deployed EEPC 6.0.1 into EPO.  We immediately had issues with SSO in both Windows XP and Windows 7.  Hoping to fix the issues, we upgraded everything to 6.0.2.  Unfortunately, we still cannot get SSO to work.

We have the following settings enabled:

Enable SSO:  Checked
Must match user name:  Checked
Using smart card PIN:  Unchecked
Synchronize Endpoint Encryption password with Windows:  Checked
Allow user to cancel SSO:  Unchecked

As for the workstation configuration, they do have the Novell client installed.  However, the Novell client is not the default login client.  Users must manually log into the Novell network once the user is fully logged in.  We turned the client off during the login process, primarily hoping to resolve the SSO issues.  Even with the Windows domain login active as the primary login, SSO still does not work.

Is there something we're missing?  Any tricks with the Novell Client, GINA config, EEPC config, or something else to get SSO working?
