EEFF 4.0 detects second SATA drive as "Removable media"

Hello all,

with the current EEFF 4.0 we have a problem with Lenovo notebooks.

These notebooks have two SATA harddiscs. The second drive (which is already encrypted with EEPC 6.x) is detected as a "Removable media" by EEFF and the user is asked if he wants to encrypt it.

Anyone any clue to this ?

Thanks Tom

Re: EEFF detects second SATA drive as "Removable media"

By default EEFF looks at anything that is not the boot drive as removable. You will need to use the relax removable media definition registry key to adjust to what you want to consider removable.
