Re: Disk Status Encrypted

Are you formatting or reimaging?

If formatting, what are you formatting (all drives/C drive etc.)?

Have you installed mcafee agent and done collect and send?

Re: Disk Status Encrypted

It's the machine itself which reports the status to EPO, so if you formatted the machine, it's not going to tell EPO anything at all until you reinstall the McAfee Agent and EEPC product etc.

Re: Disk Status Encrypted

Hi there,

Without EEAgent installed, the existing properties that were collected in ePO won't be overwritten with empty ones. You'd need to install EEAgent, and do a collect & send.

Cheers,

Tim
