macOS device unable to encrypt created files and decrypt created files by windows device

Network shares set up

//fileserver/test$    user-accountsr(windows)       FRP keys (test$,macshare$)

//fileserver/test$/macshare$        users -user5,user6  (macOS devices)   FRP keys (test$,macshare$)

REquirements:

1.)accountsr,user5,user6  able to create encrypted folders/file on macshare$. 

2.)accountsr must able to open/edit created files by user5,user6 on macshare$

3)user5,user must able to open/edit created files by accountsr

Upon testing with the attached screenshot configuration

1. created files by user5,6 is not encrypted unless accountsr access/edit the files

2. files created by user5,6 and encrypted by accountsr is not accessible by user5,6

Kindly advise the best approach to achieve this requirements.
