how to do backups

I have a enterprese rule where my usb drives are encrypted with mccafe. when i plug in my drive, it asks for the key and i can see 1 gig volume mounted. 

i want to use macrium to clone my laptop drive to this mount poiint but it cannot see the mccafe enrypted drive directly. i can only see it via windows explorer. how do i fix it

Software encrypted USB like FRP is, will be not supported by most of software that need removable storage access, beacuse it is a FRP's functionality to integrate wite Windows Explorer.

create a new policy with Enforce Encryption (with offsite access) then assign a password to the usb drive then perform your backup.
