ePO / Drive Encryption - LDAP User Disabled status true/false

I'm having a brain freeze!

I am trying to find out if ePO reports a LDAP user as disabled or not to try and resolve an issue with their drive encryption login (I can easily sort but wanted to check if McAfee still thinks they are disabled or not first)

But I can't find the screen any more in ePO and am 99.9% positive I used to be able to check this somewhere! (Just a field when you clicked on the user that said Disabled : True/False)

Am I dreaming?!

Re: ePO / Drive Encryption - LDAP User Disabled status true/false

Hello,

Unfortunately it is only available in User Directory which is kind of local AD container where you can create, delete, move, enable and disable users which you can use in MDE. In Encryption Users section you have only these fields available:

Capture.PNGUser Directory

Capture.PNGEncryption Users

Otherwise it could be improved with a business idea if you submit it:

In case above information was useful or answered your question, please select "Accept as Solution" in my reply, or give a Kudo. Thanks!
