Hi There,
I saw this error in MfeEpe.log, thing is how do i know which DE GO health checks failing?
In ePO-> Queries&Reports-> DE GO, I ran all the 4 queries but didnt see any health check errors regarding this specific client - can confirm client-epo communication is good.
I saw mcafee have a KB saying enable debug logging for DE GO, do we have to enable debug to see the details on why the health check is failing?

Hi @Vinay555 ,

SMART - Self-Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Technology (SMART) to check a computer system hard disk drive to detect and report on various indicators of reliability, with the aim of anticipating failures
If SMART check is failed it indicates issues with Hard Drive. You can check with the Hard Drive vendor regarding the SMART check failure and get it sorted out.
If MDE is not activating even after all the checks are successful then the MfeEpe.log of that machine would tell us the reason as of why the Activation is not happening.
Kindly restart the MDE services on the machine then, start the policy enforcement, wait for policy enforcement to complete and then share us the recent log messages between the below statements,
"Start of Policy Enforcement" and "End of Policy Enforcement"
Thank you.
