Wireless mosue won't work in McAfee Drive Encryption PBA

When we try to move it on the McAfee sign-in screen (PBA), we cannot control it.

Once we are logged in however, it works fine. 

any suggestions!!!

That's because PBA is kind of small operating system (actually an UEFI aplication in UEFI configuration), which doesn't have drivers for all peripheral devices. In this situatiuon is normal I would say.

However there is option that you can try:

There is option Always enable pre-boot USB support you can check under Boot Options tab in DE Product Setting policy (for that machine preferably only), but that assume you wireless mouse' dongle perfectly emulates USB mouse, otherwise it will still not work.
