Windows 10 Drive Encryption single sign on presented with "Ctrl+Alt+Del"

Jump to solution

Hello,
We are in the process of migrating all our laptops from Win7 to Win10 but are running into drive encryption SSO (single sign on) issue.

After typing the userid and password in McAfee Preebot, a Window's "Cntrl+Alt+Del" screen appears, once user hits "Cntrl+Alt+Del" window's launches properly....is that normal?

We are using Microsft build 1803 and Drive Encryption v7.2.6.6.
We didn't see this issue during our testing with previous Microsoft build.

Hi. I discovered this issue when we first tested 1803. I opened a support case, and supposedly they have been working on a fix. Because of this issue, we have not rolled out 1803.

correct. I have been testing and so far SSO is working and we are no longer seeing the extra "Ctrl+Atl+Del" screen.
