Where is Self Recovery information stored?

In EPO > Policy catalog > DE 7.2.8 > User Based > My Default > Self-Recovery, there is a tick box to enable/disable this function.  If it is enabled, the user is prompted to create a pw and security question.  Where is this data stored?  One of our users is constantly having issues with this and we want to just delete their info so they sign up for a new one.

IF we were to disable the Self-Recovery function, would that affect any of the current encrypted computers??

Re: Where is Self Recovery information stored?

Have you tried to reset self-recovery information?

Locally this information is stored in PBFS, but I have in my mind this is also pushed to ePO server.
