What kind of file Endpoint Encryption Policy Enforcer.lock is this?

I am using network McAfee Endpoint Encryption. I have a lot of network folders where I permit it. I Have one network folder where are present McAfee Endpoint Encryption Policy Enforcer.lock , McAfee Endpoint Encryption Policy Enforcer2.lock, McAfee Endpoint Encryption Policy Enforcer3.lock files. What are these ?

Who knows ?

I read it., but files must delete automatically.

Hello,

Thanks for your response.

As per my understanding ,

Encrypted files can be deleted only if the FRP key is loaded /assigned

If not cannot be deleted.

An administrator can create and manage encryption keys from McAfee ePO on the FRP keys page. These keys can be assigned to users and/or systems.

It can be viewed at client machine in FRP Console.

McAfee tray > Managed Features > FRP console

Yes, you are right. User has the key which encrypt\decrypt and at that time he sees these files (endpoint Encryption Policy Enforcer.lock).
The same user has another encrypted folder but there these files are missing.

If still this is not working in that case you can open a Service Request with the Technical Support Team.

Why , If they need to check the logs etc that would be the best possible way to get that fixed.
