If you have decided to decrypt the machine using EPO Product Settings policy, and if you do not want to see the PBA screen. Kindly do the below before you start the decryption.
Step 1:
Kindly enable autoboot option in your decrypt policy
Step 2:
Then set deselect the enable encryption option in the MDE Product settings policy -> General tab. This starts your decryption.
By the autoboot feature, you are disabling the McAfee Drive Encryption PBA screen and in parallel by the step 2 your machine will start the decryption.

PBA will be seen as long as Drive Encryption is Active and will be turned off only only after 100 % Decryption.
While configuring decryption policy ensure to disable "Enable Drive Encryption for the system with assigned or local users" in Enable Policy under "General " tab . Below will be the screenshot for your reference.
Also for your information McAfee don't recommend hard reboot at the time on decryption or encryption .

Thank you for your answer. Including the option you suggested, here is what we changed
TemporaryAutobootEnabled set to True
AutomaticBootingEnabled set to True
CpHideShield set to True
