Unable to remove PBFS screen

Hi, We are using 7.2.8 DE,policy is getting applied on end system but PBFS is not getting disabled.On DE agent status it shows "sending key to key server" and stuck there. Also even agent is getting synchronized but at Machine Recovery page it shows that the system is not synchronized

Hi @User77118219 ,

Thank you for writing in here. This is because of the data channel which is too busy to send the keys to the EPO server or may be the EPO server is too busy,

Kindly try restarting all the three EPO services and if the client machine is communicating to the Agent Handler try restarting the Agent Handler services too.


Then restart the MDE services on the client machine and then from client machine Agent Status monitor initiate Check new policies -> Enforce Policies -> Send Events -> Wait for 45 seconds may be -> then click on collect and send props

Your policy enforcement would get completed now in the Drive Encryption status screen and the state would be "Active" now.
