- In the EPO console, open "Queries and reports" - Search by DE: users> run - Select the user in question> Actions> Drive encryption> Clear login details - Select the user in question> Actions> Drive encryption> Reset token - Synchronize the final machine with the ePO to receive the changes - Look at the log generated in the Drive encryption console on the final machine to be sure that the user has arrived well - Also don't forget that the LDAP task has to be synchronized. Confirm that it ran well on the server before doing anything.
