Is there a registry value that can be viewed to confirm the status of Automatic Booting Enabled : = True, False, or Temporary?

It is not so easy.
To verify if PBA is enabled, check HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\McAfee EndPoint Encryption\MfeEpePc\Status\Authentication
0 = PBA disabled (Automatic Booting Enabled: True)
1 = PBA enabled
To check if there is a temporary booting, you should look for:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\McAfee EndPoint Encryption\Endpoint Encryption for PC\LogonManagedAutoboot
I cannot confirm now, but values in this registry, should change if temporary booting is enabled.
