After the latest version of Windows updates we had several workstations go into a repair mode loop and are no longer able to boot. We aren't able to access the logs on the hard drive because they are encrypted. We created a DeTech USB, however some of the workstations dropped out of ePO after their machine corrupted and I am not able to find anything in Drive Encryption in ePO for the machines to create the xml. Is there any way that I can get these machines decrypted without the xml file?
For the systems that don't have a system entry in ePO, you should still be able to obtain the recovery XML file if you can obtain the keycheck ID in the disk information using DETech. The following KB article has information on that process.
