McAfee Removable Media Protection and accidentially formatted external hdd

Hi,

I've have accidentially formatted my external hard disc using McAfee Removable Media Protection.

is there a way to un-format the hard disc?

That depends on data you have on that disk and question if you like to save it.

If you like to keep data form that drive:

1. you should copy it out (I assume you have access to it)
2. and take drive on system without FRP client installed
3. then you just fromat that drive.

If you don't care about data then follow 2 and 3 form above.

Yes I want to keep the data on the disc, but it is not visible now. If I perform a Dir, it returns nothing.

 

Any other tips?
