One of our desktop PCs experienced this error out of the blue.
-Drive encryption version is 7.2.9.17
-Opal encryption on a Kingston SUV500240G
-64-bit Windows 10

When booting, I'm able to get into the tech tool and authorize using the daily code. Trying to authorize using credential token errors with "EE120106 error opening file in pre-boot file system". From the EPO server, I also exported the .xml recovery information. When trying to authorize via that, I receive "failed to unlock Opal Drive"
