McAfee Drive Encryption Fatal Error: [0xEF000008] Failed to load cryptographic module

One of our desktop PCs experienced this error out of the blue. -Drive encryption version is 7.2.9.17 -Opal encryption on a Kingston SUV500240G -64-bit Windows 10 *I've created a winpe boot disk for the 64bit opal drive using the instructions here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qSM_b2yHWk4 When booting, I'm able to get into the tech tool and authorize using the daily code. Trying to authorize using credential token errors with "EE120106 error opening file in pre-boot file system". From the EPO server, I also exported the .xml recovery information. When trying to authorize via that, I receive "failed to unlock Opal Drive" From there, I found https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB75295&locale=en_US this troubleshooting guide. Using the "ver" command from the WinPE prompt shows a windows version of 10.0.18362.1
