Management of Natvie Encryption 5, Preboot screen UK Keyboard

We're starting our testing to migrate from Symantec WDE to McAfee MNE with bitlocker.

I've had some issues enrolling a user on the system, we eventually found the issue to be the @ symbol in their password and from there - that the preboot screen was using the US English Keyboard. I need to get the preboot setup to use the UK English version. The articles in the KB regarding US/UK keyboard issues aren't related to MNE and I can't see where to set the regionalisation.

I'm hoping that someone can point me in the correct direction?
