MDE error

When the computer boots up, only the user name is displayed without entering the password. I'm tried to recovery and changed the new login password but it didn't work.I checked on the ePO then found out the last communication was 06/03/2020 and check date was 09/03/2020. I'm try pushing information from the client to the ePO for the latest connection. Reboot the device -> accessible (with password present to enter)

Thank you for posting in here.

Its probably an issue with the policy enforcement on the client machine with McAfee Agent. 

You can restart the MA services or you can do machine restart to check if it resolves the issue or you can try uninstall and re-install McAfee Agent for resolving the communication issue between client machine and the EPO.
