Laptop was encrypted earlier Local Support Person reinstalled OS, later on User not able to access

One Laptop is encrypted earlier , Loacal IT support reinstalled OS on the same machine , after the User was able to login the machine, But Not able to access the data of D and E.

 

saying formate the data  before use it.

 

if it is due to encryption ?

 

if Yes how can i access this D and E drives

 

what atually encyption key will be existed HDD or C drive why C drive was accessable why other are not

If Key Reuse functionality was not enabled on ePO server (not enabled by defalut) then C drive got new encryption key, where rest partitions (disks) still are encrypted with old key.

Now it is possible to use DETech tool to dectypt (access) these drives with old key exported from ePO.

yes , key resuse feacture was enabled still we tried with both new key and old but did not worked
