Hardware Compatibility Issues

Hello, We are currently having issues with some hardware compatibility for newer laptops with our Drive Encryption. I followed the instructions to use the hardware compatibility tool, and uploaded the latest HWDefaultProductDetections.xml file to ePO. Now we are wanting to update that XML file on all impacted computers, but the only suggestions offered in documentation are to decrypt and deactivate a system and then encrypt and reactivate, or to perform an emergency boot on the system. Is there a way to centrally force the agents to check in and retrieve the XML file without requiring full decryption? I would imagine that since encryption already occurred that there isn't, but wanted to ask just in case. Our ePO and agents are both due for an upgrade, so I was curious if we upgraded the agent if that might work? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The HW change is only applied during DE activation on the systems.
