FRP 5.0.9.108 crashing Win 7 32 Bit machines

Recently we are getting reports FRP is crashing on certain machines, a common theme at the moment seems to be Windows 7 32 Bit in particular (we can't upgrade these to 64 bit or Windows 10 sadly as they're expensive medical devices!

I found this KB but it was for FRP 5.0.2

Re: FRP 5.0.9.108 crashing Win 7 32 Bit machines

Hello,

Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit) (Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate) editions are supported for all FRP versions from 4.3 to 5.0.9 as per this article:

https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB81149

In case it is still an issue with the latest releases, I would advise you to go directly to McAfee and log an SR for deeper investigation from the engineering team:

In case above information was useful or answered your question, please select "Accept as Solution" in my reply, or give a Kudo. Thanks!
Nino
