On the console, ePO Build: ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 (Build 2428), updated the file “Themes” in Drive Encryption 7.2, in” Configuration Server Settings” “Drive Encryption Theme : Theme that will be used in pre-boot”. and on computers that already have an image it does not change, but if it is uninstalled and installed again Drive Encryption if the new image appears.
In other words, it is not updating the file but if it does it when it is a new installation, I think the path where the file is is:"C:\Program Files\McAfee\Endpoint Encryption\Theme\ Background.png "
In the File “MfeEpe.log” the following appears but there are no changes to the file
2020-3-19 22:07:27,159 INFO PbfsSync Starting PBFS sync
2020-03-19 22:07:27,175 INFO PbfsSync Comparing source and destination

Hi @RicardoRivera ,
Thank you for writing in here.
Two things can help solve the problem in here.
1) I could see you have mentioned that you have uploaded the theme in the server settings page, however did you change the theme in the Drive Encryption Product Settings Policy -> Themes tab?
2) If step 1 is completed, make sure you do select the system in the system tree, and do Actions -> Agent -> Update Now to update the theme package in the client machine. First we need to verify if the theme (png file) was received on the client machine or not.
Theme would be sent as a zip file to the below location from EPO during the update now activity,
C:\Program files\McAfee\Endpoint Encryption Agent\Repository\Themes
Copy the zip file in this location to your downloads folder and try extracting it and check if you have the updated Background.png file in here, if you have then it means the new theme has arrived at the client machine.
If the theme has arrived MDE should update the same in the PBFS by doing a PBFS sync during the policy enforcement.
