EEPC has been corrupted

I have received this error and really need to know how to fix it. Any help will be welcomed

MDE Version Installed on the machine? 

Screenshot of the error which you are getting? 

 

Did you try to use DETech tools or WinPE tools and try any troubleshooting post this error?
