Happy Monday to you all.
My client have trouble when they attempt to recover their Encrypted Drive Endpoint with 7.2 EEtech. while their endpoint has DE 7.1 (error attached).
is there any solution to fix this ?
where i can get the EEtech 7.1 ?

Thank you for the information above, whenever you see this error message, kindly try creating DeTech tool with the same version like MDE 7.1.X, your version of MDE is 7.1.3.604.
I can share you the EETech file with you which would avoid this issue, could you message me your email address.

Hopefully someone will provide you a workaround to fix this issue which your customer is facing.
However, If in case you don't get a reply or workaround in that scenario please open a new service request with the Drive Encryption team so they can assist you asap and resolve this issue.
