Dear Sir

Have you tried after you authorized Enable USB and use an authentication FILE and use the XML File of the Notebook.

If It doesn't help.

Try to down load from the EPO new XML file of the system again.

I saved my  files  using McAfee DETech  a week ago.

Go to System Tree

Find out the System - Action (Drive Encryption) - Export recovery information.

If you could not find the system on you ePO  - Export recovery information based on Disk Keycheck. You will find the Keycheck in EETech Disk Information.

thanks i found it also here


and the good news is that now i can access user data on encrypted C:

now i'm performing a backup of data , then i'll attempt a Remove DE
