Client System with DE but no Recovery Key

We had 2 similar incidents but different results. The client system with DE showed Unknown User. For 1 system the Admin Encryption Recovery bypassed the login so the user could get logged. We discovered this system showed no Encryption Users, we've add them back. The second one is the same except that Admin Encryption Recovery failed and we can't locate a recovery key in ePO. We've had to rebuilt that system. I need a query or report show show systems that are encrypted and don't have keys or do have keys or shows systems and if a recovery key exists.

Re: Client System with DE but no Recovery Key

nick.vazquez@ceThanks for choosing McAfee Community Portal.

As you already know, no default query available for this however, we can get it from Dev, if you open a ticket with support.
