I have a Dell Latitude 5414 Rugged that will not activate Bit locker. I am running McAfee Management of Native Encryption ver 5.1.0.9 and have the policy setup to use TPM and enable Bitlocker but when it tries to it fails. The weird thing is the message it is giving me. It saying a compatible TPM has been detected but then says it cant activate because no compatible TPM is detected.
TPMManagement.Activity: A compatible TPM has been detected on this system

The machine is on the latest BIOS version and TPM is up to date.
Any one had this before? Anyone know a fix??
Did you ever get this fixed, we have a bunch of systems getting the same error.

BitLocker Drive Encryption cannot be enabled on the operating system drive. Contact the computer manufacturer for BIOS upgrade instructions.
Hope it helps.
