I don't suppose they told you when 5.2.3 is going to be released? As we are suffering the same issue and I'm reluctant to go through the hassle of logging it with Support if they are telling UK customers to wait...
We have the same issue with user self webrecovery. I finally gave up on it. I was very happy to see the release of local recovery which we are starting to roll with. Thus far it seems to be working fine in testing.
At one time we had issues with helpdesk webrecovery where it would hang after entering the client code. To fix this issue in we had to deselect the HTTP 1.1 setting in the IE advanced internet options.
I don't get how they can offer different advice for organisations in the UK? Admittedly I had to get the files from another company that i could see were given the required files!
