I have HP ProBook 6560b and i use mcafee endpoint encryption pc 6.1.
Yesterday I start up my laptop, mcafee endpoint encryption pc 6.1 ask me to insert password or finger print, I passed via password or finger print and It show me a black screen with a message "SafeBoot has been corrupted (error 92h)"
What Steps I must do to resolve my problem. My job is my Laptop. I can not work without the laptop. This is a very big problem for me.
Please anyone can told me what i must do , contact me , please .

If you're using Endpoint Encryption, then your best bet is to call your company helpdesk (the people who installed it) and ask them for help - they will have all the necessary tools to help you out.
However, I suspect you might be using Drive Encryption for HP ProtectTools? - A HP product, if so, you need to be calling HP, as this is their custom product and not something McAfee can really offer you any support on. It's a special HP version and they provide all the support for it - we don't have any knowledge of it here at McAfee.
