strange error


getting this error on new installation in every machines...

above issue has been resolve by McAfee TEAM

they changed DBCFG.ini file and it start working

so how did you get into this position? Are you using a fragmented database - multiple groups within your company using blocks of one master db shared between them?

If so, extending your range means you are now probably overlapping with some other group...

BTW congrats on being most likely the 2nd person in 15 years (other than me) to get this error

Hi Simon,

thanks for your reply,

we have one DB and one server having 20000+ machines [having 50+ machine and users group in EEM]

McAfee person removed below settings in DBCFG.ini file

[IdAssignment]

FirstId=000173fb

LastId=000173fb

afer removing this portion from file problem solved..

"If so, extending your range means you are now probably overlapping with some other group..."

after above detials , are we overlapping ?
