Hello, I new to this forum and don't I'm in the right place. I need some help...I've a workstation that have to physical hard drives and were encrypted. The 2nd drive is where the critical data stored. I've to reformat and reinstall the OS and encryption again on the primary. Now I cannot access to the 2nd drive. Is there a way to access it? Please help.
Your IT team can decrypt your 2nd drive, but it's not something you can do alone, without their assistance. Best to contact your people and ask for help.
I've asked our IT Executive Support and they said "sorry, 2nd drive cannot be access"...I just need to know is there possibility and instruction so I can talk to them again...please help.
yes it's possible for them to decrypt it for you - but it's not something that you can do alone. Only your IT team have the right keys.
