Have you seen this issue? Support currenlty can not repo the issue.
Issue: when a manual sync is run by a user the client status window is not updated.
Seeing this with EEPC 5.23 & 5.29 on Windows 7 x64 SP1 clients. Not seeing the issue on Win7 x64 RTM clients running the same install.
It apears the client status window is displaying the SBClientLog.txt from the users 'VirtualStore' directory rather than the log file from the program files (x86) folder.
Windows 7 x64 is supported only without SP upto version 5.2.7.
You should try 5.2.8 Or 5.2.9 for Windows 7 x64 with SP
