I'm trying to fathom out how to logon locally to a Windows 7 machine as the administrator. With our XP machines it was easy as clicking cancel on the endpoint logon box and deslecting the single sign on box, enter domain credentials and then enter the local credentials at the windows logon box.
Any help with this would be great.
Cant you cancel the login, pick the "login as other user" box, then use a different credential provider tile? It's a long time since I did this though so I might be mistaken.
The only way I seem to be able to logon locally as the administrator is to disconnect the network cable, logon to safeboot (pre boot stage), windows then boots up, a message appears saying that there are no logon servers available to service the logon reuqest, I click OK and then another box comes up with "McAfee Endpoint Encryption - Please enter your windows credentials", this is where I can select which domain i can log onto (select local machine).
