There are 2 scenario:
this is the success scenario:(start with "OK")
1. this is the success scenario:(start with "OK")
a. install frp client success (I can see frp in the windows trail and I can see frp product under the specific system on ePO)
b. encryption works and can send the policy to specific system.
2. this is the fail scenario:(start with "fail")
a. install frp client success(I can see frp in the windows trail but some parameter is different compare to the success scenario; and also I cannot see frp product under this specific system on ePO)
b. encryption does not work.
I do not know why it's like this. All these system under the same ePO, and frp client installation use the same client task.

Now I found the reason.
As you said because the agent version and FRP version does not match.
Agent version should be 5.7.4, and FRP version should be 5.3.0, then when I install FRP it works.
I have the same issue before
Seem new version agent have some bug (cannot install frp previously)
You can try FRP 5.3, or manual install frp on client
I've just tried both.
1. uninstall FRP5.4, then use ePO to create task, install FRP5.3 on client. and still does not work.
2. uninstall FRP5.3, then manual install FRP5.4 on the PC, and still does not work.
so on ePO under my computer, I cannot see FRP product, I think this is the issue I cannot use FRP function even I install FRP client(and also the parameter of FRP client is not normal compare to the normal FRP client.).
Before using frp, you need to let ePO included FRP feature, which you need to install extension
For Extension, you can install in two way
1. By software catalog in ePO (Not every modules supported)
2. Check in manually
actually we installed everything on ePO. including the extensions.
so I do not know what's the probem that why I cannot install FRP client successful.

For me, I will said
1. you have no permission on FRP
2. the installation is failure
Two way is suggested
1. uninstall extension and install again
2. Contact support to open case
