Upgrading to EEPC Version 5.2.8

We are currently running 5.2.3 and are planning to upgrade to 5.2.8 to fix a couple of issues we've experienced. This will be our first upgrade since the initial installation. I have been unable to find specific information on performing an upgrade. The documents only instructs on a fresh install. The release notes do reference a "EndpointEncryption Update and Migration Guide", but I'm unable to locate it.

Anyway, what precautions should I take just in case the upgrade were to fail? We do backup the SBDATA folder.Do I only upgrade the server? Will the clients upgrade automatically on next sync? Tips from anyone who has done an upgrade is much appreciated!

Upgrading to EEPC Version 5.2.8

Upgrading EEPC is in the EEPC Admin Guide, around page 55 "Upgrading Endpoint Encryption from previous versions"

You only need the migration guide when moving from v4, but that's not supported any more.

Upgrading to EEPC Version 5.2.8

It's looks like the part I was misunderstanding is that I will need to upgrade EEM to 5.2.8 first (seems straightforward). After that is completed, I can start with the Endpoint Encryption 5.2.8 Client Files.
