I am getting the following error in sbclientlog.txt for an additional Seagate Barracuda ST500DM002 internal hard drive (which features Advance Format 4K sectors):
Skipping Disk1 because it has no space for disk information
The disk does not get encrypted. I have a feeling it is related to the physical sector size reported by the fsutil command:
C:\Windows\system32>fsutil fsinfo ntfsinfo d:
Bytes Per Sector : 512
Bytes Per Physical Sector : <Not Supported>
I have the following Microsoft Hotfix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/982018 installed.
I have read the other discussion related to this particular error, and those solutions speak of creating a “partition gap” and “formatting after sector 63”. I’m not sure how this is done. I’ve tried creating a small partition, then the main partition and then deleting the small partition.
I am using McAfee Endpoint Protection for PC 5.2.9 on Windows 7 SP1 x64.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Haven't heard back from "Tier 3" IT folks yet. Is there anything else I can use to get the necessary disk information you think is pertinent?
