Simple Serverless Version of Endpoint

I was wondering is there a way we could install Endpoint without the server part. We only have two drives to encrypt and don't want the upkeep and setup hassles of the server. All that is needed is the be able to recover from a CD or this a possibility? We really don't need a enterprise solution.

sorry no. It's an enterprise product, not designed for individual use.

You can set up the server on another laptop or something though, then archive it off to a floppy. You'll need it of course when you forget your password.

For a non-enterprise solution, try TrueCrypt. It is free and works on Mac, Linux, and Windows. You could also buy a product off the shelf at a local computer software retailer for less than $100.
