Our WIN7 users seem to have trouble with SbClientHelper.exe running multiple instances on their machines. Clients are running EEPC 5.2.3
We've noticed that opening webpages using IE that have login boxes spawn the SbClientHelper.exe each time.
Also, initially, the users were prompted to allow SbClientHelper.exe to run, supports solution to this was to select the "DO NOT SHOW THIS WARNING" option.
Why is SbClientHelper.exe even involved in web requests? We're not using SSO or Windows authentication.
Just had a similar thing happen -- up to thirteen "SbClientHelper.exe" processes were running -- 64bit Win7 SP1 system running 5.2.8. Any suggestions by McAfee?
Support call was very unhelpful.
The suggestion was to tick the "Do not show me the warning for this program again" ... which doesn't address the issue.
I don't use EEPC for single signon and there's no reason sbclienthelper should be initiating during web browsing.
