Safeboot and Aladdin eToken NG-OTP 32K

In my Company we are testing Safeboot both versions 5.2 and 5.3. Our logon mecanism for the users is eToken Certificate USB Key. Users and their certificates are imported from AD connector. We are using Aladdin EToken NG-OTP 32K. The problem is that in some Laptops (Lenovo, Dell) there is a very difficulty to read eToken Certificate from eToken USB . Sometimes it require several times to remove the eToken from the USB or eventually to shutdown the laptops and reboot again. It almost never read the certificate for the first time. But in my old Toshiba laptop with USB 1.1 ports it works fine.
I don't know what I missed. Can this be because of using Aladdin NG-OTP 32K and not 64K version of USB eToken? Any idea?

I use the EToken Pro 32k on Dell Vostra's with no problem, machines are only about 6 months old.
