Safeboot 4.2 client cannot resume if the laptop goes in hibernate mode
We suffered problem with safe boot, thrice in two weeks, user cannot login to safeboot and resume hibernate and every time we have to perform safe tech process to get repaired. This is the only laptop which has encountered this problem so far. Please advise

For version 4.2 i know for a fact there is a patch. I used it at a job i did over a year ago. It worked perfectly. I dont have any more info on the patch, you will have to call McAfee and escalate if you have too.
As far as version 5.1.8 i am using hibernation with no errors or problems. Tested on several models too.
