Have a Win 7 64bit laptop with EEPC 5.2.3 and the Tray Manager icon appears corrupt. When I right click it instead of the normal menu options "Synchronize, Show Status, etc..." all I get is "Send Support Information" and if I click that all I get is an error message "The system cannot find the file specified". The device still seems to be checking in with the server at it's regular interval but I cannot bring up the status window or synch from the workstation side. Any ideas on how to repair this short of uninstalling/reinstalling the product?
It looks to be in the correct spot... c:\program files (x86)\mcafee\endpoint encryption for pc\sbclientlog.txt, The contents of the log looks ok, there are no errors reported. 5.2.3 is fully compatible with Win 7 Pro 64bit, correct?
