Hello @jrojas14 Thank you for choosing McAfee Support community.

DETech Standalone tool ( McAfee Tool ) , Winpe (Microsoft License dependency based Tool) and EZ Tool (Microsoft License dependency based Tool) are the tools which can be used for data recovery.

Below is link for DETech Tool user guide
https://docs.mcafee.com/bundle/drive-encryption-v7-2-0-detech-product/resource/PD26657.pdf
This tool creation varies based on HDD and BIOS Mode the above guide includes steps for DE recovry on Opal disk and DE Recovery for UEFI and Legacy based..

The guide also includes steps steps for creating WinPE tool (The tools has to be been created from customer end being a Microsoft license dependency based tool)

EZ tool is similar to Winpe however this tool reduce the manual efforts of extracting windows based files involved in WinPE.

The tool creation may varies based on BIOS (EZMBR(Legacy BIOS) and EZEFI (UEFI BIOS)

EZ Tools : https://www.mcafee.com/enterprise/en-in/downloads/free-tools/eztools.html

FAQ on EZ Tool :  https://community.mcafee.com/t5/Documents/How-To-Series-07-EZ-MBR-or-UEFI-Troubleshooting-FAQ-and-Vi...

Note : Choosing the data recovery tools may vary based on HDD and nature of the issue however all the below tools helps you to recover the data as long as there is no physical damage or sector corruption.
