The passwords don't seem to have synchronised. When logging in a user isn't prompted to authenticate but when you try to synchronise they are, I've tried changing the windows password on one machine and it didn't sync the EE password

Maybe I am over complicating things. The customer that I am deploying EE to currently only wants to secure data copied onto removable media, they currently have no interest in one user encrypting data so another is unable to view it, they only care that when writing data to a USB drive that it is encrypted (i.e. using EERM and setting it so all devices plugged in are read only unless they chose to encrypt). With this in mind would it be possible to just have one McAfee EE account for all users that I can set the password for manually and so that it never expires?
