Password History Problem in 5.1.9

Hi,

Looks like the Password History option for the user doesn't work. Normally, we allow the user to only have the 1st and the 11th password as the same and he / she must have 10 different passwords after a change.

However, while testing the new version, we figured out that the option is no longer working and i could have the same password the second, third .... times even after changing it.

Am i missing any configuration option or its just a bug we found out?

have you got history turned on for that particular user?
