New Active Directory domain for users and Encryption Server

Jump to solution

We are about to migrate our current users (25 in total) that are encrypted using Endpoint Encryption for PC 5.2.10 to a new active directory domain. The server will be migrated to the new domain too - the server will keep the same hostname and IP address but will be on a new physical network.

Questions are:

  1. I heard that we needed to decrypt all users before moving to the new domain - does this need to be done?
  2. Are there any particular catches with moving from one domain to another that I need to look out for?

Any other advice regarding moving domains will be gratefully received too.

Thanks
