please try it on another PC so we can eliminate that from the equation.
And also please realise that the software is owned by your previous company - we don't offer a personal user version of this product, it's meant to be supported by a company IT department. It may indeed be impossible to recover your files without their help.

I have this issue on my home laptop running Win10. The key works fine on my work pc running Win7. Sadly, I need to use this key, and only this key, to port files from home to work and vice versa. Any help?
