RE: McAfee EndPoint Encryption install on the Disc RAID?
Hard to say without proper details, but the release notes mention that troubleshooting on RAID cannot be supported as often RAID needs drivers etc to access low level. SafeTech recovery tool uses On Time as an OS, so likely you do not have drivers for that.
If the drive is encrypted try making a Windows PE disk (with appropriate SCSI drivers so you can see the drive) as per the WinTech and SafeTech Administration Guide pdf document in the EEPC download (Documents\Technical Information folder) , and see if you can access the data that way to get it off. You may need to rebuild once you have the data.
If it's not encrypted you may just need to replace the MBR (depends on what error you have).
As always you should do tests to ensure it works and you can recover before installing on Servers with RAID.
